Saturday, June 27th 2026 (3) Athlete Same Sex Teams

The Summer Scuffle is moving to late June and will be (3) Athlete Same Sex teams!

Register your teams and come have a blast competing with some awesome people.  There are two divisions: Rx & Scaled. 

We'll have a DJ, numerous vendors, a coffee trailer, Mexican Fusion food truck and Acai Bowls from Spoon & Straw.

Bring your pop-up tents, chairs and your entire crew.  We have plenty of space!

Workout/Heat times will be released the week before competition.

Ascending ladder in increments of 2 repetitions.

2 Synchro Bar Facing Burpees

Rx: 135/95# 

Scaled: 95/65#

On a 12 Minute Clock

1 Rep Max Deadlift 

Score = Sum of all athletes 1RM


Teams must use the (1) same bar

Workout #3

This is a (3) scored event:

1:30 - Max Synchro Pull-Ups

1:00 - Rest

2:30 - Max Synchro OH Dumbell Lunge 

1:00 - Rest

3:30 - Max Calories Echo Row/Echo Ski

Standards:

Rx: Pull-Ups & 50/35# Single DB Overhead

Scaled: Ring Rows & 35/25# DB Held Anyway 

Workout #4 (Floater)

Dead Hang for Time

Score = Sum of all three athletes max dead hang time.


All three athletes will dead hang at the same time.  Each athlete will have their own Judge tracking/recording their time.

Slamball Over Shoulder 100/70#

(2) Athletes will perform synchronized toes to rings and (1) athlete will perform slam all over shoulder.

Synchro Hanging Knee Raises @ 90 deg


1 Athlete is always resting

Split/share the work anyway
