The Summer Scuffle is moving to late June and will be (3) Athlete Same Sex teams!

Register your teams and come have a blast competing with some awesome people.  There are two divisions: Rx & Scaled. 

We'll have a DJ, numerous vendors, a coffee trailer, Mexican Fusion food truck and Acai Bowls from Spoon & Straw.

Bring your pop-up tents, chairs and your entire crew.  We have plenty of space!

Score = Sum of all athletes 1RM


Teams must use the (1) same bar

"Trip's"

This is a (3) scored event:

1:30 - Max Synchro Pull-Ups or Bar MU

1:00 - Rest

2:30 - Max Synchro OH Dumbell Lunge 

1:00 - Rest

3:30 - Max Calories Echo Row/Echo Ski

Rx: Pull-Ups & 50/35# Single DB 

Scaled: Synchro Ring Rows or Pull-Ups & 35/25# DB Held Anyway 


Bar Muscle Ups will be weighted heavier than Pull-Ups.  

Pull-Ups will be weighted heaver that Ring Rows.  The ratio/weig

Dead Hang for Time

Score = Sum of all three athletes max dead hang time.


All three athletes will dead hang at the same time.  Each athlete will have their own Judge tracking/recording their time.
